I know, I know…you must be wondering where have I been all this while and not updating my blog…
Well, I have been on my journey to realizing one of the biggest passions in my life….starting a fitness studio. I’m doing this together with my two younger sisters, who incidentally have the same passion. We started classes on April the 1st. It’s class based, that means we don’t use equipments or weights.
We do however, use elastic bands in replace of weights…we have yoga classes, MMA(mixed martial arts), cardio fitness, body tone, step aerobics etc. You can find out more at www.u-fitness.net if you like.

Do you watch tv? If you do, good. Keep an eye on what are the advertisements that appear the most the next time you turn on your tv set. Why? Those are the current hot items. If they compliment with the theme of your legitimate home online business, then put it in there. The other good source to get product ideas is to pay a visit to your local bookstore. This is my very first post for the year 2009 and this is quite exciting. 2008 felt like it just flown by. Strange thing is every passing year seem to fly by faster and faster. Do you feel that too?
I didin’t leave home this year. I celebrated the new year at home and spent quality time with my 4 month old baby boy. It was just great…
It has been predicted that 2009 is going to be a very challenging year, economically. We’ll get through it don’t worry. We just need to face it head on and learn lessons along the way and be better. 
As Rocky Balboa says it, “it’s not how much you can take, it’s how much you can take and keep moving forward”…
I love those words. Obstacles are lessons of life. Learn from them and make things better. I always believe that with chaos, comes unity and improvement.
It is with that believe that I am confident we will all get through this with a new lesson in life and how we can improve from it.

The Most Important Factor To Consider When Sarting An Online Home Business
What is the number one most important factor when starting an online home business? Or rather, what is the number one factor that have caused the failure of most online businesses? The answer is not having the right mind set.
Most home business owners do not take this business seriously. In that I mean they do not see an online business as something they could seriously make money or make a living with. Look, if you don’t treat your online home business seriously then, it will do the same to you.
You must have strong reason why you want to make this happen. It could be to buy your dream car. Make enough money to go for a world tour or may be to buy the new condo you have always wanted. Anything that could trigger that desire in you to get you going.
Here is a technique I use to keep that burning desire in me going. Every day in the morning when I wake up and before I go to bed at night I do this.
